Pre-authorized debit instructions
|

To sign up for pre-authorized debit come to the office, or fill out
the form at home and send it, with your void cheque, to the office by
postal mail. We need the following items:
- a void cheque for the account on which the debit is to be
drawn, with your username written on the cheque's memo field
(if your cheques have no memo field, just write your username
in any empty spot near the bottom-left of the cheque).
- A filled-out and signed
pre-authorized debit form.
To cancel a pre-authorized debit, please let us know by phone, or
by signed fax or letter, or by email from your Toronto Free-Net email
address to <tfnoffice
torfree.net>. Please allow 5 business days for the cancellation
to be processed and, after sending, please also phone the office, to
confirm that we received your message.
